1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the btpro platform, accessible at btpro.onl and through the btpro mobile application. By accessing or using any part of the platform — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, promotional terms, or game-specific conditions that may be published on the btpro platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms, the more specific promotional terms will apply to that particular offer, while these general Terms will continue to govern all other aspects of your account and use of the platform.

2Eligibility

To register and use a btpro account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. btpro does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual using your own account for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. btpro may request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or similar restriction that would prevent you from using a gaming or betting platform.

btpro reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time. If verification is not completed within a reasonable period, btpro may restrict access to the account until verification is provided.

3Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one btpro account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using different email addresses, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Keep your account information current. If any of your details change, you are responsible for updating them promptly.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify btpro immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

btpro will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from btpro that requests your password should be treated as suspicious and reported to our support team.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the btpro platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). btpro supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast
• Bank Transfer
• Debit/credit cards and mobile wallets where available

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly following confirmation from your payment provider. Processing times may occasionally be affected by factors outside btpro's control, including banking delays or network issues.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. btpro may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account verification has not yet been completed.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.

5Bonuses and Promotions

btpro offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback deals, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or systematically low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements — is prohibited.
• btpro reserves the right to withdraw a bonus, void related winnings, or suspend an account if bonus abuse is detected.
• A welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses may have an expiry date. Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• btpro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

6Sports Betting Rules

btpro offers sports betting across a wide range of markets, with particular depth in cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs, and domestic competitions — as well as football, esports, and other major sports.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on btpro :

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during a live event at btpro's discretion.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market. Generally, if a match does not commence within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• btpro reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match fixing or corrupt activity.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant section of the platform and may vary by sport and market type.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, btpro reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

7Casino and Games

btpro's casino section includes live dealer games, slots, bingo, and other gaming products. The following conditions apply to all casino and game activity:

• All games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by professional dealers operating under controlled conditions.
• Game results are final once a round is completed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with btpro support within 7 days of the game session in question.
• Bingo rules, ticket pricing, and jackpot structures are specific to each bingo room and are displayed within the bingo section before purchase.
• Attempting to use software, scripts, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• btpro is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's own strategy, game selection, or betting decisions within the casino section.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btpro platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false or another person's identity.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known exploit will be voided.
• Placing bets with knowledge of the outcome of an event — including through inside information related to match fixing or corrupt activity.
• Charging back a deposit through your payment provider after funds have been used on the platform. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language towards btpro staff or other users.

9Account Suspension and Closure

btpro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity.

If your account is suspended, btpro will communicate the reason and, where appropriate, the steps required to restore access. In cases of verified fraud or serious terms violations, accounts will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting btpro support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any pending verification requirements.

10Limitation of Liability

btpro provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical issues, downtime, or errors at all times.

• btpro is not liable for any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• btpro is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own betting decisions, strategy, or misunderstanding of game or market rules.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, pricing errors, or technical faults — btpro reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their state prior to the error.
• btpro's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the relevant transaction period.

11Privacy and Data

btpro collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at btpro.onl/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and provide customer support.
